About Us

Jeffrey Earl, DO has been a board-certified family medicine physician for 35 years. Dr. Earl’s father was also a family doctor and inspired him to go into medicine. His area of special interest is gastrointestinal endoscopy. His care philosophy is to treat others the way he would want to be treated. He considers himself to be a follower of Jesus and tries to put those teachings into practice. Dr. Earl has 6 children and 9 grandchildren

Linzi DeGraffenreid, LPN has been a nurse since 2004. She has worked alongside Dr. Earl since August 2011. She is currently taking classes with plans to further her education in the future.

Linzi is married to her childhood friend Nick and together they have five children. Jadyn, age 19 and Kaden, age 18 have both graduated high school and are employed full-time until they decide what they want to be when they “grow up“. Konner, age 17 will be a senior in high school and works part time at Papa John’s. AnnLee, age 8, will be in 2nd grade and stays busy doing competition dance. Easton, age 6, will be a first grader and loves all things sports, especially baseball. They live in Paola KS and stay very busy with kids activities, involvement at church and coaching a competitive youth baseball team through the church.

In her spare time (ya right) Linzi loves making memories with her family, visiting different MLB stadiums and singing really loud to worship music when nobody is around.
